What age of clients do you serve?

We provide services to adults only.

Do you offer services for mental health treatment only? What about co-occurring?

Rosewood is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) so there needs to be a substance use diagnosis to be a client at this program. We are co-occurring capable meaning we do provide services to individuals who have substance use and mental health problems.

How do I know if a loved one or I need professional help?

Seeking help for addiction, whether for you or a loved one, is never easy. If your addiction makes it impossible to maintain your lifestyle and function at work or in social situations, it may be time to seek professional treatment.

What if I can’t afford the out-of-pocket costs?

We are committed to ensuring that cost will not be a barrier to those entering treatment and we will work with you or your loved one as best as we can. We offer sliding scale fees through our generous financial hardship program.

Will insurance cover my treatment? Which insurances do you accept?

Every insurance plan is different. Before committing to a program, we will verify your insurance and discuss any costs. Rosewood Recovery is currently in-network with Independence Blue Cross and TriCare East. We also accept out-of-network benefits and help ease the stress of a "super bill" by making claims on your behalf. While we do not accept Medicaid or Medicare, we are happy to discuss our sliding scale fees to make treatment affordable.

What can I expect during the admissions process?

Do you offer services for people in recovery looking for additional support?
